Cooking Challenge With a Starred Chef

• Welcome coffee and presentation of your chef and his team
• Draw to create teams
• After a briefing on the challenge program with your chef, you will be given your equipment : Aprons, chef’s hat... Dress like a real chef, you are now ready for the challenge! Then, each team willhave to do the same recipe that the chef will do in front of you
• Each team will have a basket with all ingredients, the same utensils and the same time to do the recipe. Each team will be free to customize their recipe with their own creativity and will have two “Advice jokers” from the chef to help them
• Manage time, share tasks, use all skills of each member of the team will be all ingredients to run this cooking challenge and do this recipe
• Once the time is over, each team will present its dish to the chef and his team. They will have to mark all dishes and name the winners. Many criterions will be important: Visual aspect, taste, teams behavior and time management...
• At the end of your team building, a diploma will be given to winners and all participants will gather for a gourmet lunch or dinner with tasting all prepared dishes. Friendly moments in perspective!
